The 2007 Boat Trip on the Viking with Skipper Nicky Morse, was again enjoyed by all of the juniors that took part. Harry Williams had the best specimen, a Cuckoo Wrasse that weighed 1-4-0 (100%), pictured right. Harry received the prize rod donated by Vice President Harry Knowles and he will receive the Annual Dougie Smith Howell Trophy at the end of the Year.
Sam Breeze, pictured below had a near junior record Brill that weighed 2-5-8. He was just half an oz short of the record set by Thomas Lambourn in 2006. Sam also had the best
mackerel on the day, a fish that weighed 1-6-0 (73.33%).
